Make A Movie With You

From an initial sketchbook drawing, I was inspired to create an illustrated story (with few written words). The story centres around a missing teenage girl, a daughter, and her possible abduction. The story is partially complete, here are some of the illustrations.

The story is a familiar one with little originality. I wanted to highlight our obsession with crime - novels, movies, tv shows, true crime podcasts juxtaposed with growing outrage towards and an increase in the media of violent crimes towards women and girls.
